The Scott & Karen Smith Grand Theater
Housed in the center of The Ruth is the exquisite 670-seat Scott and Karen Smith Grand Theater. Named for local entrepreneurs, philanthropists and long-time benefactors of Utah arts, the Smith Grand Theater is 10,000 square feet of modern engineering and showcases the latest in vibrant sound, magnificent lighting, and innovative staging. The Smith will accommodate creative, artistic, and stunning storytelling while it captures the intimate feel for which our theater is so well known.
Lindsay Legacy Theater
The 300-seat Lindsay Legacy Theater is designed to mimic the original venue that our patrons have loved for three decades. Named for the family of Joan and Dean Lindsay, The Lindsay will be home to the more intimate titles of the main stage and youth seasons as well as other creative projects designed to be performed in a more intimate setting.
Education Center
Home of the new Ruth Academy, the Education wing contains over 6000 square feet of facilities tailored to arts instruction. With eight private studios, recording facilities, and flexible rehearsal space, the Ruth will offer more programming than ever before, and play a critical role in shaping the future of arts instruction in Utah County.
Club Lounge and Ballroom
The 5,500-square-foot Club Ballroom hosts club member for pre-show gatherings and private functions. With a stage, fireplaces, and professional sound/lighting, it accommodates up to 300 guests. On the second floor, the Club Lounge offers an intimate retreat with stunning valley views, modern furnishings, and easy access to the rooftop Club Patio. Together, these spaces epitomize luxury, versatility, and VIP entertainment.
