Ticket sales are final; no refunds or cancellations.

You may reschedule your tickets with at least one business day's notice for a $5 fee. Please have your order number ready when calling. Season Ticket holders are entitled to one complimentary date change per show. Tickets may only be exchanged for another performance of the same production.

All same-day date changes are $8, including for Season Ticket holders.

Missed shows and unused tickets cannot be rescheduled or transferred.

If a performance is canceled, you may reschedule, donate tickets, or request a gift certificate. Refunds are not available.

No children under the age of four or babes-in-arms. Youth Stage productions do not have any age restriction.

Please inform us in advance if you will remain in your wheelchair or if we need to store your device backstage.

Call the theater ahead of time if you have questions or need specific assistance.

Doors open 30 minutes before each performance. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of house management and may be assigned to alternate seating.
