General Policies
- No refunds or cancellations
- Reservations may be made on our website or by calling the Box Office at 801-226-8600.
- If you need to change reservation dates, one business day’s advance notice is required and there is a $5 date change fee. Please use your order number when calling. Your order number is found on your confirmation email and tickets.
- Season Ticket holders have one free date change per show.
- All same-day date changes incur an $8 fee, including for season ticket holders.
- The Theater is not responsible if you miss a performance or for limited seating choices. (Missed performances may not be rescheduled.)
- Reserved or unused tickets are not transferrable to other shows.
- No children under the age of four or babes-in-arms.
- Youth Stage productions do not have any age restriction.
- You may pick up your tickets at the Box Office when you come to see the performance, or, if you wish to pick them up in advance, at the Box Office Mondays-Saturdays 10:00 am- 6:30 pm. We do not mail out tickets.
- Pricing and performances subject to change without notice.
- If the Theater cancels a performance, you may either (1) reschedule, (2) donate the tickets, or (3) receive a gift certificate in the value of the tickets.
Before the Performance
- Doors open 30 minutes prior to each performance. All seats are reserved. You must be in your seat prior to the performance.
- Evening performances begin at 7:30 PM; Saturday Matinees at 4:00 PM.
- Youth Stage and Christmas Carol performances begin at a variety of times: please see your confirmation email or ticket for details.

- You may pick up your tickets at the Box Office when you come to see the performance, or, if you wish to pick them up in advance, at the Box Office Mondays-Saturdays 10:00 am- 6:30 pm. We do not mail out tickets.
- Late-comers will be seated at the house management’s discretion, and may be assigned alternate seating.

During and After the Performance
- No outside food or drink.
- Please silence all devices that make noise.
- Please do not use devices that emit light: they distract performers and other audience members.
- Recording any part of the performance is not allowed. The use of cameras, recording devices, mobile phones, radios, etc. is prohibited.
- Late-comers will be seated at the house management’s discretion, and may be assigned alternate seating.
- Please do not talk to your neighbor during the performance.
- The Theater is not responsible if you miss a performance. (Missed performances may not be rescheduled.)
