Ticketing and Reservations
Reservations: You can book your tickets online or by calling our Box Office at 801-226-8600.
Date Changes: If you need to adjust your reservation, we’re happy to help! Just give us at least one business day’s notice, and there’s a $5 date change fee. Please have your order number handy—it can be found in your confirmation email and on your tickets.
Season Ticket Holders: Enjoy one free date change per show! Additional changes are subject to standard fees.
Same-Day Date Changes: These are subject to an $8 fee for all guests, including season ticket holders.
Missed Performances: We encourage you to double-check your dates! Unfortunately, we’re unable to reschedule missed performances or guarantee seating availability for last-minute changes.
Getting Your Tickets: You can access your tickets in two easy ways:
- Mobile Tickets: Download our app for quick and convenient access. Simply search for The Ruth and Nathan Hale Theater in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to get started.
- Will Call: Prefer physical tickets? You can pick them up at Will Call, starting one hour before showtime.
Ticket Use: Tickets are reserved for the specific show and date selected and cannot be transferred to a different production.
Age Guidelines:
- For mainstage productions, we welcome guests ages four and up (babes-in-arms and children under four are not permitted).
- Youth Stage productions do not have age restrictions—bring the whole family!
Pricing & Schedule: Ticket prices and show dates are subject to change.
Performance Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel a performance, you’ll have the option to:
- Reschedule for another date,
- Donate your tickets to support the theater, or
- Receive a gift certificate for the value of your tickets.
Before the Performance
We’re excited to welcome you to The Ruth and Nathan Hale Theater! Here are a few helpful details to ensure a smooth experience:
Doors open 30 minutes before showtime, so arrive early to find your seat and enjoy the atmosphere.
All seats are reserved, and we kindly ask that you be in your seat before the performance begins.
Showtimes:
- Evening performances begin at 7:30 PM
- Saturday matinees begin at 4:00 PM
- Youth Stage and A Christmas Carol performances have varying start times—please check your confirmation email or ticket for details.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive after the performance has started, seating will be at the discretion of our house management and may be in an alternate location.
Missed Performances: We’re unable to reschedule missed performances, so please plan accordingly.
Ticket Policy: Reserved or unused tickets cannot be transferred to a different show.
During and After the Performance
To ensure a wonderful experience for everyone, please keep the following in mind:
Food & Drink: Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Devices & Distractions:
- Please silence all devices before the show begins.
- Devices that emit light—such as phones, tablets, and smartwatches—can be distracting to performers and fellow audience members. Kindly refrain from using them during the performance.
Recording & Photography: To respect the performers and copyright laws, recording or photographing any part of the show is strictly prohibited. This includes cameras, mobile phones, and other recording devices.
Late Seating: If you arrive after the show has started, seating will be at the discretion of house management and may be in an alternate location.
Respect for Others: Please keep conversations to a minimum during the performance so everyone can enjoy the show.
Missed Performances & Ticket Transfers: We’re unable to reschedule missed performances, and unused tickets cannot be transferred to a different show.
