Job Type: Part-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Location: The Ruth and Nathan Hale Theater in Pleasant Grove, Utah  
Estimated Start Date: Immediately
Reports to: Front of House Manager 
Time Commitment: Minimum of 12-15 hours per week when the theater is at full production

Job Summary:  As a Front of House staff member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our patrons.  

Responsibilities:   

  • Prepare and maintain public areas for patrons
  • Greet and assist patrons in finding their seats 
  • Sell concessions   
  • Other duties as assigned by the House Manager  

Schedule:   

  • Flexible scheduling with weekday evenings and Saturday shifts, plus occasional mornings and afternoons.   

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • Strong organization and communication skills  
  • Effective time management  
  • Problem-solving abilities  
  • Multitasking capability  
  • Cheerful and friendly demeanor   
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.   

Compensation and Benefits:   

  • Compensation: $11.00 per hour

Availability:  

  • Monday to Friday  
  • Weekends as needed (Employees are expected to work at least one Saturday each month as part of their regular schedule)
